Tumbling Classes
Tumble Tots (Ages 2-3)
Little ones will discover the joy of movement, develop essential motor skills, and build confidence as they explore the world of tumbling. Each class is thoughtfully structured to provide a balance of fun-filled activities and skill-building exercises that promote physical fitness, social interaction, and personal growth.

Jr. Tumbling (Ages 4-6)
In Tiny Tumblers, children will dive into the world of tumbling with enthusiasm and excitement under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Each class is thoughtfully structured to provide a balance of fun-filled activities, progressive skill development, and collaborative challenges that promote physical fitness, motor skill refinement, and social interaction.
Tumbling 1 (Ages 7-11)
Learn the essential building blocks of tumbling, including basic rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. Through step-by-step instruction and guided practice, beginners will develop proper technique, body awareness, and confidence in executing these foundational skills safely and effectively.
Tumbling 2 (Ages 7-11)
This class is tailored for intermediate-level tumblers who are comfortable with basic skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges, and are eager to progress to more advanced elements. Each session is structured to provide a balance of skill development, conditioning, and creativity to help students reach their full tumbling potential.

Tumbling 3 (Ages 7-11)
Take your tumbling skills to the next level in our advanced class, where experienced instructors will guide you through challenging flips, twists, and combinations. With personalized feedback and focused drills, you'll refine your technique and build strength and flexibility. Join us and elevate your tumbling game to new heights!

Teen Tumbling (Ages 12-17)
Our Teen Tumbling class is designed for aspiring cheerleaders, gymnasts, and dancers aged 12 and up! Whether you're a beginner looking to master the basics or an experienced tumbler aiming to refine your skills, this class offers a supportive environment for all levels.
